Virtual Tour (Third Floor)

Room and Description Image
Room 308 is where Uni’s German scholars spend an hour each day. Decorated with posters and translations of helpful phrases, this room provides a relaxed environment for studying one of the ancestors of the English language.
Chemistry classes are held here; students work at the desks and perform labs at the tables that dominate the other half of the room. The hands-on work environment allows students to explore the principles they learn from the teacher and textbook.
Subbies take their first year of science at Uni here, in room 302 an experience most will never forget. From the scientific method to Engineering Open House to cutting edge, the subbies lay some of the foundations of their education here. This room holds what are sure to be the leading scientific minds of the future as they begin their journey.
Conferences among faculty take place in room 312, but it is also used for, smaller, more advanced classes. The size of the room and the black boards surrounding the round table are perfect for smaller discussion groups.
The Art room is a fun and festive place, ideal for allowing students’ natural creativity to flourish. The paint-stained and scratched tables are indicative of the extensive use they have seen; countless paintings and projects have been crafted upon them. Though art is usually very individual, the art room is a very social place. Gathered around a group of tables in the center of the room, students talk and share as they create beautiful works that they will treasure for a lifetime.
Room 301 is where Uni’s biology classes are held. Freshman will take their first year of biology here, and some older students will return to indulge in the study of the wonders of life. Skeletons and preserved plants and animals adorn the walls of this room, creating a very natural feel. Quality lab equipment and a microscope for every student allow for individual, hands-on learning.
Room 314, the Windows Lab, is Uni’s other computer lab. Host to over twenty top-of-the-line Windows machines, the Windows Lab is an ideal place for students to do work and research during their free time. Food and drink are not permitted in the Windows Lab, though; a clean and spill-free environment is essential in keeping the computers running at optimum efficiency. Teachers often take advantage of this room’s resources, bringing their classes here to provide additional learning experience.
