  • Uni won the semifinal round of the Class 1A IHSA Gilman Sectional against Danville Schlarman. The score was 5-1. The Illineks will now advance to the final round of the Gilman Sectional and will play Bishop McNamara (Kankakee).
  • Junior Tarik Koric had a game high two goals, as well as one assist. That assist allowed Koric to break the school record for career assists (Koric currently has 46, the previous record was 45, set by Henry Pollock (2002-2004))
  • Junior Alex Mestre had a game high three assists.
  • The three other players that scored for Uni were juniors George Voulgaris and Patrick Wong and senior Ezra Winter-Nelson.
  • Seniors Conrad Schloer and Dax Earl also had one assist each
  • The Illineks are 21-1-0 overall
