Mahomet defender. The difficult to handle ball for the Uni goal keeper was poked in
by an attacker in the crowd that had formed surrounding the keeper in front of the
goal.

61' Erika Belmont (goal), Katherine Buzard (assist) [UNI]. 1-1 Unrelenting
pressure by the Uni attack forced a strong tackle from the Mahomet defense inside
their penalty area that brought down the attacking center midfielder. The supporting
forward, K. Buzard, was able to keep the ball in the area, as E. Belmont quickly got
to her feet and hit the loose ball first time with a beautifully placed shot in the
upper corner of the goal.
