was deflected by an NCB defender, and Michelle placed a great shot, well out of
reach of the keeper, off the rebound.

25' Elizabeth Allen (goal), Joy Shapley (assist) [UNI]. 2-0 A cross from the left
midfielder found Elizabeth Allen in front of the goal to finish skillfully with her
head to the back of the net.

28' Revathi Maturi (goal), Isaure Hostetter (assist) [UNI]. 3-0 Isaure's strong
shot resulted in a scramble in front of the goal, as Revathi was able to get the
ball across the line while being pulled to the ground.

39' Heather Lin (goal), Vivian Hagerty (assist) [UNI]. 4-0 The two midfielders
playing their first season for Uni, combined to finish with a spectacular goal
before the half.

2nd half scoring
55' Erika Belmont (goal), Joy Shapley (assist) [UNI]. 5-0 Another cross from the
left midfielder, Joy, caused trouble for the NCB defense, as Erika was able to shoot
back across the goal and find the empty net at the far post.

79' Elizabeth Russell (goal), Sian Best (assist) [UNI]. 6-0 Playing in an
advanced position at defensive mid rather, than her normal position of sweeper,
allowed Sian to make an aggressive move forward and play the ball deep into the NCB
penalty area, where right wing, Elizabeth Russell, finished the scoring for the day.
