The Uni high boys and girls cross country teams placed first in their home quad meet, placing four runners in the top five of each race. Individual winners were freshman Berit Hudson-Rasmussen for the girls and PBL's Hayden Young for the boys.

For the 2011-2012 boys basketball season, not only was there a new coach, a new record has also been made. The Uni boys basketball team reached the regional championship this year, a first in Uni High history.
