LAST WINTER, THANKS to Lauren Piester and Lor Sligar, the Online Gargoyle began publishing a video blog several times a month. Lauren and Lor are now busy pursuing their higher educations at Columbia College Chicago and the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, respectively, so the search was on for their successors.

Taking their place this year are senior editors Laura Dripps and Maritza Mestre. In their debut OG Vlog, Laura and Maritza muse about the nature of high school friendship with their special guest, sophomore Jamie Blue. So kick back and enjoy this first edition of their takes on high school life.
