Green Club to host last Bike-to-School Day of the year

It's time to dust off your bikes, because on Tuesday, May 3, Uni High's Green Club is hosting its final Bike-To-School Day of the year. Ride your bicycle to school as part of an effort to reduce carbon emissions, and receive a free breakfast in the process.

Saving the Earth, one apple core at a time

You may have noticed the small green bins showing up around the school. They're part of the Green Club's new Uni compost system. Students can discard their biodegradable items in the bins and, eventually, the waste can be used as compost. It's the club's latest effort to make Uni a greener place.

You'd better bust out those bikes on the 29th, because Uni High's very own Green Club has announced Bike-to-School Day, where students, parents, and faculty are invited to relinquish the comfort of their cars for the benefit of the environment.
