Ryan Cassata

Transgender activist and singer/songwriter Ryan Cassata speaks to the Intro to Anthropology class. Cassata is 18 years old, and from Long Island, New York. He spoke during Uni Period in room 109 and will be giving a free concert tonight at the Independent Media Center from 7:30-9:30. Uni's Gay Straight Alliance is sponsoring Cassata's visit, and the concert in partnership with the UP Center of Champaign County.
