From subbies to seniors: A tribute to the Class of 2012

The Gargoyle now presents a new way to recognize Uni's outgoing senior class. As you revisit their past five years at this school and read a selection of their parting words, we hope you will join us in congratulating the members of the Class of 2012 and wishing them luck in all their future endeavors.

Exploring the world: Gap years and the class of 2012

Gap year. A magical year of adventure between high school and college. Gargoyle Reporter Amalia Dolan, who will be taking a gap year herself to go to Peru with Rotary International, discusses the reasons for taking a gap year, possible gap year options, and the specific options chosen by seniors in the class of 2012.

Chris delivers: Uni students have new lunch option

Uni High has a new entrepreneur, and that would be senior Chris Nguyen. His new food retrieval service is a intuitive new way to fill the empty stomachs of students who desire warm, yummy, food from an off-campus source.

The junior class presents: "The Battle of New Orleans"

Photo essay: Having fun at Allerton

For two days and one night last week, the Class of 2012 enjoyed life at Allerton 4-H Memorial Camp, far away from the halls of Uni. It was the fourth annual freshman Allerton trip, and the students made the most of their time. They enjoyed rock climbing, boat racing, chatting over a bonfire, and participating in several other group activities, such as land navigation taught by math teacher Craig Russell.
