Kahililah, I really liked your piece on "hair" I certainly can relate to what you have said. One day I just decided to let my hair do what it wanted to do...it sure surprised me...looks kind of nice. Now I've decided to let my hair do its own thing and be the culturally sensitive hair it is. I'm truly believe that I can "Say it loud...I'm Black and I'm Proud.
