Running

Running. Three years ago, the very word made me shiver in dread. Much has changed since that time. With fitness forcing me to run every other day, I have gotten healthier and discovered that running really is not that bad. Its a great way to get exercise, and I always feel accomplished afterward. However, that doesn't mean that I will go running for fun.
