THE THREE-DAY, two-night freshman field trip to Allerton 4-H Memorial Camp, which started Wednesday, April 25, and ended Friday, April 27, is fast becoming a Uni tradition. Health teacher DeeDee Wright helped plan this year's trip along with freshman class officers Linda Ly, Maritza Mestre, and Alexx Engles. At Allerton the freshmen participated in a variety of activities, from scaling the climbing tower to making s'mores. They also kept up with their regular schoolwork, with time set aside each day for math, biology, social studies, and English.
