Uni High added tennis as a club sport during the 2007-2008 school year. Both boys and girls competed as club during the Fall season under Coach David Bergandine. This season, Uni is offering the club sport to boys only and the season is expected to start in early March 2011. A practice facility is yet to be established.

2009-20010 recap

The doubles team of Edo Roth and Alex Mestre advanced to the State Finals. Roth and Mestre finished 1-2 overall, losing their first match to a doubles squad from Arlington Heights (St. Viator), then defeating a team from Yorkville 6-4, 6-1, in the first round consolation game. Roth and Mestre bowed out of the tournament with a two set defeat to Freeport (H.S.).
