Uni High Coach's Comments:
It was an exciting match tonight. We had a tough start, getting down 5-11 in the first game. However, we played even with LSA 14-14 for the rest of the game. We remained close through the first half of the second game, letting LSA pull away in the end. LSA's Morganne Criswell led all hitters with 15 kills. Uni High's Michelle Wong led all servers with 3 aces. LSA's Rebecca Morris had 10 digs, followed by Uni High's Jessi Sullivan and LSA's Criswell, who both had 8. LSA's Rachel McBride had the night's only block. LSA's Whitney Barnes led all setters with 18 assists. Uni High's Michelle Wong contributed 8, and Sheri Grill added 7.
