Immortality

The Online Gargoyle has posted a great story about Aaron's manga donation to the library. Thanks, Danny and Aaron!

Hehe... Immortality, eh? ;)

As usual, Danny writes another great article. I'm just sorry that more people don't read the OG so they could see such articles (a lot of these articles really deserve more recognition). The Gargoyle hasn't been the same since it went online/out of print... I remember back when they would just put stacks of it out in the hallways and people would be trampling each other to get one because they would never print enough. Those were good times. I didn't read it much then, mostly because I could never get a copy fast enough.

Actually, lots of people read the OG, more than you might think. We can see it in the web statistics and the feedback we get when we ask computer lit classes what they use most on the Uni website (and those are the younger students who are less likely than others, I think, to read the OG). And now, of course, we've got all those people out In the World who are reading it. I'm often amazed when I see comments that are written way after a story's publication date. But I do know what you mean. There was nothing like that rush for the paper copies!
