Okay, again I can't resist passing on a few of my favorite April Fools links, gleaned largely from my Twitter buddies (thanks, lbraun2000, wsstephens, and mkeagle!).

- My personal favorite, the terrible news that The Graveyard Book, by Neil Gaiman, is to be stripped of its Newbery Medal by an angry-yet-influential librarian from Topeka

These are all great, especially the Neil Gaiman one. I would probably have bought that one up until the tearing off the gold medal from the book jackets.
My favorite of the day was on NPR, All Things Considered. I wasn't thinking about the date, and it sucked me in right up until the end. The audio link for this one is here:
