For Teen Tech Week, we've got our book cover contest going, and Natalie just put up a display of tech-themed books. Wow. Everything from The Hunger Games ("a fight to the death on live TV"), by Suzanne Collins to The Radioactive Boy Scout ("The frightening true story of a whiz kid and his homemade nuclear reactor"), by Ken Silverstein.

I'm off for the rest of the week to attend this conference on setting a national agenda for news literacy at SUNY Stony Brook. Do you suppose I'll see any other librarians there?
