When cables get lost, make snowflakes

What was shaping up to be a rotten Friday afternoon spent looking for a lost proprietary camera cable (required to charge the battery), was saved by a spontaneous session of paper snowflake making.

We'll deal with the battery on Monday.

Uni friends, having FUN without me there. *pouts*

Haha, just kidding. But still, I wish I could have come and helped. If I make any 3-D snowflakes, I'll send a picture. Or I might even send you a picture of the latch-hook rug I'm making for my 5 and 2 year old cousins once I finish it. Anyway. I still wish I could have come.

But of course, with my mom still looking for a library job and my dad on crutches until at least New Year's (after knee surgery), no visit seems to be imminent.

Ah, well. I can just watch the library goings on through this blog. ^.^

Yipes! Best wishes to both your mom and dad. You've got lucky cousins to be getting a hand-made latch-hook rug. ^.^
