SEASON PREVIEW: The 2009 season was another successful one for Uni High boys soccer. For the sixth straight season the illineks finished above .500 with a record of 10-6-4. Some of the season highlights were beating Mahomet, tying Central and winning the Uni High Soccer Shootout. The illineks got strong contributions from their veteran leaders; Dan Lilly, Neil Pearson, Eddie Diazmunoz, Jasper Maniates-Selvin, Ben Lee and Nile Hamer. The class of 2010 finished their career with a record of 52-26-7, and now leaves their legacy to strong freshman and sophomore classes.
